Daisy and Dylan think that their dad is embarrassing. He doesn't do things like other dads. So one day Dad invents Robopop ... a robot dad! He leaves the children in its capable hands (though in fact he is watching the whole time). Robopop is a demanding dad and has the children doing lots of exercises and eating too much spinach. In the end the children realise that actually they rather like their own dad - but first they have to try and stop Robopop!
